Box Office Information

 Ticketmaster is the official ticketing service provider for the Multi-Purpose Center. Tickets to events at the MPC can be purchased in person at the Tri-City Designs Box Office located at the front entrance of the building.

The VSU Box Office Hours of Operations:

Monday - Friday 10AM - 5:30PM

Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketmaster.com.

Payments Accepted

Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Credit Card purchases require a photo ID.

Personal checks are NOT accepted.

Will Call

Will Call is located at the Box Office. Will Call tickets are ONLY available for pick up on the day of the event.

To pick up Will Call tickets you must have a photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number.

Tickets will be released only to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope, and only to the person who purchased the tickets with the credit card used and a valid ID.

Childrens Policy

All individuals 24 months or older must possess a valid ticket for entry into the VSU MPC. Children under two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for most events, as long as they sit on a lap.

Accessible Seating

The MPC recognizes the needs of guests with special needs. The arena is fully compliant with all ADA accessibility guidelines. To purchase accessible seating for any event please call the Ticketmaster Customer Service line at 800-745-3000.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the Box Office, at any outlets, online or via phone. If an event is canceled or postponed, fans have the opportunity to obtain a refund by going to their original point of purchase. Please call or visit the Tri-City Designs Box Office at the MPC for additional assistance.
