Where can I park at the VSU Multi-Purpose Center?

The Multi-Purpose Center offers parking in Lot’s 39 and 41 located on the left side of the building on 2nd Ave and in Lot 40 located directly in front of the building.

Is there an ATM in the arena?

Currently there is no ATM located in the Multi-Purpose Center.

Do concession stands accept credit cards?

Yes, all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Amex, and Discover are accepted at concession stands.

How do I redeem presale or promotional code?

Presale and Promotional codes can be redeemed at the Tri-City Designs Box Office at the MPC or online at Ticketmaster.com under the event you are purchasing tickets for. Simply enter your code in the “Enter Offer Code” box and your ticket promotion will be honored.

What is the cost of parking?

Parking is currently free of charge at the Multi-Purpose Center, this policy is subject to change in the future.

How do I know where my seat is?

Seat sections and numbers are located at the very top of your ticket. Once you are in the arena, there will be ushers to assist you with finding specific seating areas.

What time do the doors open for an event?

Unless otherwise stated by event management, doors will open 1-hr before the start of the event. Guests are encouraged to come early to avoid delays.

Can I bring food or drinks into the VSU Multi-Purpose Center?

No outside food or drinks are allowed in the Multi-Purpose Center.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my child?

Unless otherwise designated by event management, children 2 and under do not need a ticket to attend an event. The child should however be seated in an adult lap.

Can I bring my own camera to an event?

Yes, however no professional cameras, detachable lenses, and lenses longer than 2.5” inches are permitted into the facility. Flash photography, video cameras or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by event team, promoter or artist management. This camera policy is subject to change on a per show basis.

LOST & FOUND: How do I check to see if an item I lost at an event has been found?

Any items that have been lost or found should be reported to the Operations Department located on the first floor of the arena. Guests may call (804) 524-3240 during normal business hours to inquire about lost and found items.

Does the MPC have accessible seating?

Yes, the Multi-Purpose Center offers accessible seating. Please visit our Accessible Seating page for more information.

Are pets allowed in the MPC?

No pets are allowed in the MPC, unless it is a service animal.

When can I pick up my Will Call tickets?

Will Call tickets can be picked up three hours prior to events at the will call window located at the box office.
