“Due to the increasing spread of COVID-19 and expanding restrictions on domestic and international travel, and in accordance with national, state and local governments prohibiting large group gatherings, Sesame Street Live! Let's Party! scheduled on April 28 - 29, 2020 at Virginia State University Multi-Purpose Center in South Chesterfield has been cancelled. 

Refunds will occur at the point of purchase with the original method of payment. Fans that purchased their tickets online will be automatically refunded by Ticketmaster without them needing to do anything extra. Fans that purchased in person at the primary box office will need to come back to the box office with their original method of payment. Please know that it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to process. If tickets were purchased through any other website, customers will need to contact that company for their refund.”
